Refund and Cancellation Policy
Membership Fees
We require notification within 7 days of your order that you wish to cancel your membership to the Garden State Credit Associates ("GSCA"). Your full payment will be refunded. Any refunds provided under this policy will be issued to the credit card(s) used for the purchase and will be processed within 21 business days of confirmation. Payments received by check will be refunded by check and processed within 21 business days of confirmation. We will not issue a refund if more than 7 days have passed since your order. Event Fees
Due to GSCA's obligation to a guaranteed number to the host site, we require notification that you wish to cancel your attendance at an event at a minimum of 5 days prior to the event. With required notice, your full payment will be refunded or you may apply the paid amount to the next GSCA event. To cancel, contact us at admin@gardenstatecreditassociates.com.
If an event has been cancelled by the GSCA after payment has been made, your full payment will be refunded or you may apply the paid amount to the next GSCA event.

If you are unable to attend the event and have missed the cancellation period, we encourage you to send an alternate. There will be no refunds if cancellation is received after the cancellation period.
